Solist ist Rommert Groenhof (Bassposaune). Die Orchesterleitung hat der renommierte Dirigent Arjan Tien.

Erstmals spielt das Niederländische Nationale Studentenorchester in Bielefeld! Das Konzert findet am Donnerstag, dem 17. Februar um 20.00 Uhr in der Oetker-Halle statt. Der Eintritt ist frei! Um Spenden wird gebeten.

The Dutch National Student Orchestra: Unique in the world 

Every year, the Dutch National Student Orchestra (NSO) gathers students from all Dutch universities. The orchestra members are carefully selected through auditions. For these students, the NSO forms a unique chance of performing like a professional musician. In February they all pause their studies, and instead have a month of full-time rehearsing and performing with the NSO.

The program will be performed in all major Dutch concert halls, a tour that ends with a performance at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Usually there are two short international concert trips in addition to the Dutch tour. This year, in 2022, the NSO will visit Duisburg (10 Feb) and Bielefeld (17 Feb) for two free concerts in Germany!
